These Terms of Service govern your use of the DCKart seller platform. By registering as a partner seller, you agree to list authentic products, fulfil orders within the stated dispatch windows, and comply with all applicable laws including GST regulations.
1. Seller Obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog, the quality of your products, and timely dispatch of confirmed orders. DCKart may de-list catalogs that fail our quality curation checks.
2. Fees & Settlements
A transparent flat platform fee applies to each completed order. Settlements are deposited to your verified bank account on a 7-day cycle from delivery confirmation, as detailed on the Pricing & Commission page.
3. Returns & Cancellations
Returns and RTO are handled per the Shipping & Returns policy. Zero penalty applies for cancellations within 24 hours of order placement or for genuine stock-outs updated in real time.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with notice. Pending settlements are released after all in-transit orders are reconciled.
